READ THIS AND THEN MAKE SURE YOU APPLY IT!!! HAVE A GREAT DAY!

An elderly Chinese woman had two large pots, each hung on the ends of a pole which she carried across her neck.

One of the pots had a crack in it while the other pot was perfect and always delivered a full portion of water.

At the end of the long walks from the stream to the house, the cracked pot arrived only half full.

For a full two years this went on daily, with the woman bringing home only one and a half pots of water.

Of course, the perfect pot was proud of its accomplishments.

But the poor cracked pot was ashamed of its own imperfection, and miserable that it could only do half of what it had been made to do.

After two years of what it perceived to be bitter failure, it spoke to the woman one day by the stream.
'I am ashamed of myself, because this crack in my side causes water to leak out all the way back to your house.'

The old woman smiled, 'Did you notice that there are flowers on your side of the path, but not on the other pot's side?'

'That's because I have always known about your flaw, so I planted flower seeds on your side of the path, and every day while we walk back, you water them.'

'For two years I have been able to pick these beautiful flowers to decorate the table.

Without you being just the way you are, there would not be this beauty to grace the house.'

Each of us has our own unique flaw. But it's the cracks and flaws we each have that make our lives together so very interesting and rewarding.

You've just got to take each person for what they are and look for the good in them.

SO, to all of my crackpot friends, have a great day and remember to smell the flowers on your side of the path!

Try it - It's worth a laugh! My new name is Sloopy Chickenpants

MY NEW NAME IS IN THE SUBJECT.....DON'T LAUGH UNTIL YOU FIND OUT WHAT YOUR NEW NAME IS

We all need a little stress-reliever! This only takes a minute.

Please don't be a bore & ruin it. Send it on to everyone you know including the person that sent it to you.

Sometimes when you have a stressful day or week, you need some silliness to break up the day. If we are honest, we have a lot more stressful days than not.

Here is your dose of humor...

A. Follow the instructions to find your new
name.

B. Once you have your new name, put it in the
subject box and forward it to friends and
family & co-workers.

Don't forget to forward it back to the person who sent it to you
so they know you participated.

And don't go all adult - a senior manager is now known far & wide as Dorky Gizzardsniffer!

The following is excerpted from a children's book, Captain Underpants And the Perilous Plot Professor Poopypants, by Dave Pilkey, in which the evil Professor forces everyone to assume new names...

So:-

1. Use the third letter of your fi rst name to
determine your New first name:

a snickle
b = doombah
c = goober
d cheesey
e crusty
f greasy
g dumbo
h farcus
i dorky
j doofus
k funky
l boobie
m sleezy
n sloopy
o fluffy
p stinky
q slimy
r dorfus
s snooty
t tootsie
u dipsy
v sneezy
w liver
x skippy
y = dink y
z zippy

2. Use the second letter of your last name to determine the first half of your new last name:

a dippin
b feather
c batty
d burger
e chicken
f barffy
g lizard
h waffle
i farkle
j monkey
k flippin
l fricken
m bubble
n rhino
o potty
p hamster
q buckle
r gizzard
s lickin
t snickle
u chuckle
v pickle
w hubble
x dingle
y = gorilla
z = girdl e

3. Use the third letter of your last name to determine the second half of your new last name:

a butt
b boob
c face
d nose
e hump
f breath
g pants
h shorts
i lips
j honker
k head
l tush
m chunks
n dunkin
o brains
p biscuits
q toes
r doodle
s fanny
t sniffer
u sprinkles
v frack
w squirt
x humperdinck
y hiney
z juice

Thus, for example, George W. Bush's new name is: Fluffy Chucklefanny.

Now when you SEND THIS ON...use your new name as the subject.

And remember that children laugh an average of 146 times a day; adults laugh an average of 4 times a day.
Put more laughter in your day!!!

Zimbabwe Crisis

Dear friends,

The Zimbabwe crisis is spinning even further out of control, but the international response is gaining steam.

In less than a week, more than 120,000 people from 215 countries and territories--including thousands from across Africa--have signed the Avaaz petition demanding the release of the election results. On Wednesday, as world leaders enter the United Nations for a special summit chaired by South Africa, a plane hired by Avaaz will soar above them pulling a massive aerial banner reading "MBEKI: TIME TO ACT--DEMOCRACY FOR ZIMBABWE."

To make this message count, can you help us reach 150,000 signatures by the end of the day? Forward this email to your friends and family, and urge them to sign the petition at this link:

http://www.avaaz.org/en/democracy_for_zimbabwe/20.php?cl=76824245

Yesterday, the Zimbabwe High Court ruled against requiring the immediate release of the results of the March 29 Presidential election. In response, opposition called for a nationwide strike, and Mugabe deployed police throughout the country.[1]

All of this came just after South African President Thabo Mbeki--who, more than anyone else in the world, could influence Mugabe's actions--said on Saturday that "there is no crisis in Zimbabwe."[2]

But Mbeki isn't off the hook just yet. Tomorrow (Wednesday), he will chair a special United Nations Security Council meeting, where diplomats have promised to raise the Zimbabwe crisis.[3] If he looks up as he enters the United Nations headquarters, Mbeki will see a 280 square metre (3000 square foot) banner amplifying the voices of Avaaz members around the world--and if he doesn't see it then, you can be sure he'll see it in the newspapers the next day. International press have already begun to report on the planned fly-over of the banner.

Throughout the day, Avaaz will update reporters in Southern Africa and at the United Nations on the growth of the petition. If all of us forward this email to friends, co-workers, and relatives, we can add tens of thousands of new signatures in one day, and show Mbeki and Mugabe that the world is watching--and supporting the people of Zimbabwe as they demand democracy.

It's easy to sign at this link:

http://www.avaaz.org/en/democracy_for_zimbabwe/20.php?cl=76824245

This Friday, the 18th of April, marks Zimbabwe's Day of Independence from colonial rule. Amidst the worsening poverty and danger, civil society organisations across Zimbabwe are gearing up for nonviolent resistance to Mugabe's regime, calling for local actions and urging supporters to wear white in solidarity. And Zimbabwean media organisations--many now operating outside the borders--are broadcasting news about the international support that Zimbabwe's people are receiving.

Mugabe was once the hero of Zimbabwe's liberation. Now his own people embody the principles he once championed. For those of us around the world, it is our privilege and our responsibility to stand with them.

With hope,

Ben, Ricken, Galit, Paul, Milena, Graziela, Pascal, Iain, and Milena--the Avaaz.org team

Laughing at Technology

Three Ladies in a Sauna

Sometimes it can be depressing with the way technology is going at such a fast pace, so when my niece sent me this email I thought it was worth sharing. YOU JUST HAVE TO LAUGH SOMETIMES - I apologize if it offends anyone but yes SOMETIMES YOU JUST HAVE TO LAUGH ... IT'S HEALTHIER!!!

THREE WOMEN, TWO YOUNGER, AND ONE SENIOR CITIZEN, WERE SITTING NAKED IN A SAUNA.
SUDDENLY THERE WAS A BEEPING SOUND. THE YOUNG WOMAN PRESSED HER FOREARM AND THE BEEP STOPPED. THE OTHERS LOOKED AT HER QUESTIONINGLY. 'THAT WAS MY PAGER,' SHE SAID. I HAVE A MICROCHIP UNDER THE SKIN OF MY ARM.
A FEW MINUTES LATER, A PHONE RANG. THE SECOND YOUNG WOMAN LIFTED HER PALM TO HER EAR. WHEN SHE FINISHED, SHE EXPLAINED, 'THAT WAS MY MOBILE PHONE. I HAVE A MICROCHIP IN MY HAND.'
THE OLDER WOMAN FELT VERY LOW -TECH. NOT TO BE OUT DONE, SHE DECIDED SHE HAD TO DO SOMETHING JUST AS IMPRESSIVE. SHE STEPPED OUT OF THE SAUNA AND WENT TO THE BATHROOM. SHE RETURNED WITH A PIECE OF TOILET PAPER HANGING FROM HER REAR END.
THE OTHERS RAISED THEIR EYEBROWS AND STARED AT HER.
THE OLDER WOMAN FINALLY SAID.........WELL, WILL YOU LOOK AT THAT....
I'M GETTING A FAX!!

Life is a BuZZZZZ!!!!

Hi - well after a very busy weekend another week of our life begins - THIS IS THE FIRST DAY OF THE REST OF YOUR LIFE so ENJOY! Life is so busy most of the time these days, and buzzing it can be! But, whether it is a good buzz or a miserable buzz is up to you. Sure there are some things we can't control but if we let these mirerable buzzes get to us and ruin a moment in our precious life which can't be replaced, we are behind a step or two, or 3 or 4 even!. If it is a negative miserable buzz ask yourself how can I turn this around to reap the benefits of it, not dwell on the downside. How can I best relate to this incident to benefit others and/or myself, to make me a better person, thus enabling me to be a bonus to others. You don't have to be a hero - just a positive inspiration to someone else.

You might think that is a minor benefit but to another person alot less fortunate than you, just helping out is a huge boost to a low moral. Our pastor on Sunday was speaking about how generosity releases blessings - not necessariy for ourselves but for so many around us. Don't do things just to receive blessings though, but be aware that blessing another's otherwise miserable situation is all that matters. Pick up something for an old person - it is a real effort to bend down at that age. Let someone in line move in front of you. Pay for the person behind you at the toll booth! Imagine that! Make a meal - not even for someone in need - just do it for anyone who comes to mind. So now as you go out and face the world today, life can be a BuZZZZZ - A Great BuZZZZZZZZ - it's entirely up to you!

God Bless You & Yours
Jenny

How to Remain Positive

How to Remain Positive when You Feel Like Giving Up!

Sound familiar. I haven't felt like blogging much over the past few days - I guess I wonder who is reading this and not commenting or if there is anyone reading this at all. I am not one for giving up easily but at times you have got to ask yourself - Is it a waste of my time & effort ??????????

Pulling Yourself out of the Hole!

Then I thought ... I have to - there is no question - Life is a one time opportunity and if you don't give it your all you only half live! Make Sense?! Well I decided to keep going and maybe someone or something will comment and change the force of my blog. I want to encourage you and that is my passion so why should I give up. Even if it helps make one person feel good about themselves - that is worth the effort - it trully is. That is my story and I am sticking to it !!!

So you just keep going and humor yourself on the way hoping there are readers who are as essentric as I and yet want to help the everyday person live a more positive and healthier and happier life each and every day. If you feel like giving up - DON'T please at least for my sake. I won't be able to reach out to you if you do that. That's right there is always a positive solution for every negative problem. If you are just having a downer - think NO - have a upper instead. Take a breathe of fresh air and go out and smell the flowers or the sidewalk hedge or whatever is in your neighborhood and look around you. Are there others out there looking sadder than you - more dejected or less energetic or less fit? Of course there are - and if you say NO you are not looking hard enough. You are not the worst person on this planet - there are millions alot worse off than you, so it is your job to help them and make them feel better - THENNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN in return you will feel 150% better than you did a few minutes ago. TRY IT and let me know how you went.

LIFE JUST FLIES BY !!!

Hello again - I can't believe how this week has flown and I haven't spoken to you - SHAME ON ME - SorrrrrrY !!!!!!!!!!! I really am - how are you all anyway? I had a bit of a downer yesterday - don't know why but that happens. I remembered what I have told you all in the past and that it is all to do with 'attitude' - so I took some advice from ME and applied it and it helped - I also visited my daughter and she built me up again. We are all human and need encouragement from time to time. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ... here goes ... If you are having a downer more often than not - walk outside - or get in the car and drive or just take a walk - go and visit someone you love to be with or ladies go shopping! Just change the scenery and remember you are breathing and are alive. I know we all have different circumstances and everything is not possible for everyone, but make the most of what
you have and live this day to the fullest. Do something for someone who is less fortunate. No matter what you are going through right now there are always many millions more out there alot worse off than you. Keep up that attitude and remember you are only human but any human can improve! Luv you !!!! Have a good one. Check out these sites too before you go ...

I Love Life So Much

Today I went and saw my 6 year old granddaughter at her school chapel - they did a song and dance. She waved to me from the stage with a big proud grin! Tomorrow she is going to her first birthday party on her own (without Mummy) - it is for a little boy in her class who turns 6. It is a Princess and Prince party and my daughter bought her a princess tiara to wear - this just cracks me up with delight - when she gave it to her she said "Thank you Mummy, but Zac will be a King at his party so I will have to be a Queen not a Princess!" I just love the simple enjoyment life can offer ... enjoy the valuable moments no matter what!

More on Your Immune System

Hi again - how was your last few days - are you keeping up with the new lifestyle? It's just a matter of making a dedicated commitment for the betterment of your life and those around you. The following are some simple ideas on how to slightly change food additives for a better outcome.

1. Instead of bought processed salad dressings ... combine lime juice with olive oil. Make it fresh every time or just poor a good quality (no need to spend much) coldpressed olive oil over your salad.

2. Don't use ordinary white salt - rock sale is fine or even better - vege salt. You can buy it at the supermarket. It's very nice too.

3. Take a note of all processed food and start to replace the packaged stuff with fresh. I am off to the early morning farmer's markets tomorrow with my daughter, grandchildren and husband and we thoroughly enjoy it. What we are noticing ... not only are prices a third at least cheaper but the food lasts for the whole fortnight in between markets. It is all locally grown and very fresh and yummy.

4. Don't cook your veges so much. We eat a majority of salad but you can dress it up a bit - one thing I do is peel sweet potato and quick fry in olive oil until it curls up and then leave to dry and crisp up - sweet potato crisps. these are yummy over the top of your salad or just eat them as a snack.

5. Nuts are so good for you so sprinkle them where you can, or pinenuts are good too. Almonds are great nutritionally as well as many other varieties of nuts. Ask your fresh food professionals for advice on what is available fresh in your local area and go from there.

6. Finely chop red onion and sprinkle over salad - it gives it a great flavour and is great for the blood.

7. Legumes, alfalfa, bean sprouts etc are not only delicious but good for you - sprinkle over the salad.

8. Make the salad the main part of the meal on the plate, by covering the plate and then adding a small portion of meat if desired on top.

9. Mushrooms cut up or quick fried with onions and garlic are lovely to add to salad too and are a great anti-cancer food.

10. I love to buy a fresh danish fetta cheese and crumble over the salad. This adds a great flavour and looks very pretty !!! ???

11. Cherry tomatoes are yummy and nutritious and can be cut in half and look great on a salad platter. Top it off with watercress and you are done and ready for a yummy, very nutitional meal.

YOU WILL BE SURPRISED HOW FILLING IT IS TOO!!!

ENJOY LIVING LONGER ...

How To Survive and Move Beyond Setbacks

Hello again - I hope you all had a safe and enjoyable Easter - if you didn't TODAY IS THE FIRST DAY OF THE REST OF YOUR LIFE so go forward from here. Put a smile on your dial even if you don't feel like it in the least - JUST DO IT! There, that feels better already!

We all have bad experiences, happenings, traumas, in our lives and we need to venture through them to live another day. How do we do that - How do we Survive and Move Beyond Setbacks.

I guess you have heard the term "Mindset" - well that is a powerful tool. A tool which, if you let it, will save you a lot of unnecessary heartache. Try these simple exercises throughout the day for the next few days and on Friday I want to expect some positive feedback from you as to how they changed your outlook on different situations. They don't have to be major issues - just day to day issues.

What has this got to do with your Immune System ??? Well it has everything to do with it - what you feel is who you are - think about it while you practice these ...

1. Start the day with a smile

2. Start the day with a smile and then say thank you for being able to breathe

3. Clean Your Teeth - really well - go on ... do it

4. Wash your face ... ahah - that's what I said or have a shower if you prefer - JUST BE CLEAN

5. Walk outside and breathe 10 deep breaths in and out.

6. Step back inside and greet your loved ones with a cheery disposition and mean it!

7. Prepare yourself a healthy but simple breakfast - less processed - more raw and natural !

8. If you can't walk or ride a bike to work and you drive - park a little further away and walk
the rest, even if it is 50 metres further. And remember - no Road Rage - it is a waste of
energy and precious time. If you take public transport - smile and greet people. If they look weird at you - feel sorry for them - it is their problem - NOT YOURS !!!

9. Practice only saying positive things to people even if you don't like them very much. Notice the different response you get after a few efforts of your positive approach.

10. Make sure you smile at least 20 times in one day - YES 20 - try it - you will be amazed that at the end of the week you will be smiling alot more than 20 times but you will be feeling a whole lot more contented - this will raise your steminar and your positive outlook will
enhance your disposition allowing your immune system to function so much more
efficiently.

NOW GO ON 'DO IT'!

ALSO Check in each day and enjoy the FUN AND POSITIVE videos online!

DAY TWO - YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM

Good Morning ... Are you ready to fire again?

How did Day One go? !

Not that difficult, so I presume you have made an attempt to begin this unbelieveably healthier lifestyle.

I have had Breast Cancer - over 10 years ago now. I know what I am sharing with you works for me, not to mention family and friends who I have shared this with. I am not just spinning you a yarn for my gain - I am reaching out from the pit of my heart! Helping people live a healthier and happier lifestyle has been my deep heartfelt passion ever since I became ill and found the secret to a better way of living.
I truly believe there is a solution, and I truly believe it is not being exposed for other's many selfish gains.
Think about it - like the red sports car, if you are only concentrating on the outside appearance and not devoting most of your efforts on what makes the entire vehicle work efficiently, the inner machine eventually breaks down and the worst scenario will become a reality.
Preventing this life jerking "SCENARIO" is the most important committment you can make to yourself for yourself's wellbing and lifelong enjoyment.
So as you have taken the first step - now go for it. Take the rest and indulge yourself with the best things in your life, which will equip you for a
Happy Healthy Longevity!
Here Goes:
Are you Ready:

1. Learn how to read your body signs. We all know ourselves better than anyone - we know when we don't feel the best we could. We know when we are feeling tired and run down. Do something about it then - when you first notice a change eg. If I wake up tired and nautious, I don't reach for the medicine container. I first flush by drinking alot of my aloe water. Make sure you take your supplements and spend the day really concentrating on filling your red sports car with all the right fuel - EAT RIGHT! Use your common sense with this.
2. Breakfast, as much as you may want to avoid it, must be consumed !!! IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE ANYTHING EXTRAVAGANT, but begin with a piece of fruit to cleanse the pallette and have something wholesome and nutritious. Cereal, protein or whatever you think is a good healthy bite - just use your initiative and be sensible. Remember you are "who" you eat.
3. Take time out for 10 - 30 minutes per day - JUST FOR YOU! Choose a quiet place - even if you have to lock yourself in a room or take a walk on your own. If you have a baby work it around their sleep time - either put your feet up with a good mag or movie or get the pram out and take a walk. You may even enjoy watching my new DVD - Relax, Revive Survive - very therapeutic too! Just do it!
4. Keep following Day One's Regime as well and put a smile on your dial -
LIVE LIFE HAPPIER!
NOW IF YOU WILL EXCUSE ME FOR A FEW DAYS - IT IS EASTER AND THAT IS FAMILY TIME OUT ... SO I WILL NOW TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO WISH YOU ALL A SAFE AND BLESSED EASTER - TAKE IT EASY ON THE ROADS AND WHEREVER YOU GO AND I WILL BLOG YOU WITH SOME MORE EXCITING INFO ON TUESDAY. IF YOU EAT TOO MUCH CHOCOLATE AND GET A HEADACHE - DRINK LOTS OF WATER. IT'S BETTER THAN TABLETS ... I GUESS THAT DEPENDS ON HOW MUCH CHOCOLATE YOU CONSUME!!! TAKE IT EASY ... SEEEEE YA !!!

SWEET POISON - A MUST READ

THIS IS AN EMAIL SENT TO ME BY MY WELLNESS COACH, Bonita (Link on Website www.cancertohealthylifestyle.com) - This is a must read and proves how misled we can be - TAKE HEED AND TAKE ADVICE - IT IS TRULY WORTH YOUR LIFE!

In October of 2001, my sister started getting very sick. She had stomach spasms and she was having a hard time getting around. Walking was a major chore. It took everything she had just to get out of bed; she was in so much pain. By March 2002, she had undergone several tissue and muscle biopsies and was on 24 various prescription medications. The doctors could not determine what was wrong with her. She was in so much pain, and so sick. she just knew she was dying. She put her house, bank accounts, life insurance, etc., in her oldest daughter's name, and made sure that her younger children were to be taken care of. She also wanted her last hooray, so she planned a trip to Florida (basically in a wheelchair) for March 22 nd .On March 19 I called her to ask how her most recent tests went, and she said they didn't find anything on the test, but they believe she had MS. I recalled an article e a friend of mine e-mailed to me and I asked my sister if she drank diet soda? She told me that she did. As a matter of fact, she was getting ready to crack one open that moment. I told her not to open it, and to stop drinking the diet soda! I e-mailed her the article my friend, a lawyer, had sent. My sister called me within 32 hours after our phone conversation and told me she had stopped drinking the diet soda AND she could walk! The muscle spasms went away. She said she didn't feel 100% but she sure felt a lot better. She told me she was going to her doctor with this article and would call me when she got home. Well, she called me, and said her doctor was amazed! He is going to call all of his MS patients to find out if they consumed artificial sweeteners of any kind In a nutshell, she was being poisoned by the Aspartame in the diet soda...and literally dying a slow and miserable death. When she got to Florida March 22, all she had to take was one pill, and that was a pill for the Aspartame poisoning! She is well on her way to a complete recovery.. And she is walking! No wheelchair! This article saved her life If it says 'SUGAR FREE' on the label; DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT! I have spent several days lecturing at the WORLD ENVIRONMENTAL CONFERENCE on 'ASPARTAME,' marketed as 'NutraSweet,' 'Equal,' and 'Spoonful.' In the keynote address by the EPA, it was announced that in the United States in 2001 there is an epidemic of multiple sclerosis and systemic lupus. It was difficult to determine exactly what toxin was causing this to be rampant. I stood up and said that I was there to lecture on exactly that subject. I will explain why Aspartame is so dangerous: When the temperature of this sweetener exceeds 86 degrees F, the wood alcohol in ASPARTAME converts to formaldehyde and then to formic acid, which in turn causes metabolic acidosis. Formic acid is the poison fo und in the sting of fire ants. The methanol toxicity mimics, among other conditions, multiple sclerosis and systemic lupus. Many people were being diagnosed in error. Although multiple sclerosis is not a death sentence, Methanol toxicity is! Systemic lupus has become almost as rampant as multiple sclerosis, especially with Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi drinkers. The victim usually does not know that the Aspartame is the culprit. He or she continues its use; irritating the lupus to such a degree that it may become a life-threatening condition. We have seen patients with systemic lupus become asymptotic, once taken off diet sodas. In cases of those diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, most of the symptoms disappear. We've seen many cases where vision loss returned and hearing loss improved markedly. This also applies to cases of tinnitus and fibromyalgia. During a lecture, I said, 'If you are using ASPARTAME (NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc) and y ou suffer from fibromyalgia symptoms, spasms, shooting, pains, numbness in your legs, cramps, vertigo, dizziness, headaches, tinnitus, joint pain, unexplainable depression, anxiety attacks, slurred speech, blurred vision, or memory loss you probably have ASPARTAME poisoning!' People were jumping up during the lecture saying, 'I have some of these symptoms. Is it reversible?'Yes! Yes! Yes! STOP drinking diet sodas and be alert for Aspartame on food labels! Many products are fortified with it! This is a serious problem. Dr. Espart (one of my speakers) remarked that so many people seem to be symptomatic for MS and during his recent visit to a hospice, a nurse stated that six of her friends, who were heavy Diet Coke addicts, had all been diagnosed with MS. This is beyond coincidence! Diet soda is NOT a diet product! It is a chemically altered, multiple SODIUM (salt) and ASPARTAME containing product that actually makes you crave carbohydratestes. It is far more likely to make you GAIN weight! These products also contain formaldehyde, which stores in the fat cells, particularly in the hips and thighs. Formaldehyde is an absolute toxin and is used primarily to preserve 'tissue specimens.' Many products we use every day contain this chemical but we SHOULD NOT store it IN our body! Dr H. J. Roberts stated in his lectures that once free of the 'diet products' and with no significant increase in exercise; his patients lost an average of 19 pounds over a trial period. Aspartame is especially dangerous for diabetics. We found that some physicians, who believed that they had a patient with retinopathy, in fact, had symptoms caused by Aspartame. The Aspartame drives the blood sugar out of control. Thus diabetics may suffer acute memory loss due to the fact that aspartic acid and phenylalanine are NEUROTOXIC when taken without the other amino acids necessary for a good balance. Treating diabetes is all about BALANCE. Especially with diabetics, the Aspartame passes the blood/brain barrier and it then deteriorates the neurons of the brain; causing various levels of brain damage, seizures, depression, manic depression, panic attacks, uncontrollable anger and rage. Consumption of Aspartame causes these same symptoms in non-diabetics as well. Documentation and observation also reveal that thousands of children diagnosed with ADD and ADHD have had complete turnarounds in their behavior when these chemicals have been removed from their diet. So called 'behavior modification prescription drugs' (Ritalin and others) are no longer needed. Truth be told, they were never NEEDED in the first place! Most of these children were being 'poisoned' on a daily basis with the very foods that were 'better for them than sugar.' It is also suspected that the Aspartame in thousands of pallets of diet Coke and diet Pepsi consumed by men and women fighting in the Gulf War, may be partially to blame for the well-known Gulf War Syndrome. Dr. Roberts warns that it can cause birth defects, i.e. mental retardation, if taken at the time of conception and during early pregnancy. Children are especially at risk for neurological disorders and should NEVER be given artificial sweeteners. There are many different case histories to relate of children suffering grand mal seizures and other neurological disturbances talking about a plague of neurological diseases directly caused by the use of this deadly poison.' Herein lies the problem: There were Congressional Hearings when Aspartame was included 100 different products and strong objection was made concerning its use. Since this initial hearing, there have been two subsequent hearings, and still nothing has been done. The drug and chemical lobbies have very deep pockets. Sadly, MONSANTO'S patent on Aspartame has EXPIRED! There are now over 5,000 products on the market that contain this deadly chemical and there will be thousands more introduced. Everybody wants a 'piece of the Aspartame pie.' I assure you that MONSANTO, the creator of Aspartame, knows how deadly it is. And isn't it ironic that MONSANTO funds, among others, the American Diabetes Association, the American Dietetic Association and the Conference of the American College of Physicians? This has been recently exposed in the New York Times. These [organizations] cannot criticize any additives or convey their link to MONSANTO because they take money from the food industry and are required to endorse their products.. Senator Howard Metzenbaum wrote and presented a bill that would require label warnings on products containing Aspartame, especially regarding pregnant women, children and infants The bill would also institute independent studies on the known dangers and the problems existing in the general population regarding seizures, changes in brain chemistry, neurological changes and behavioral symptoms. The bill was killed. It is known that the powerful drug and chemical lobbies are responsible for this, letting loose the hounds of disease and death on an unsuspecting and uninformed public. Well, you're Informed now! YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW!

FAST METABOLISM CAN BE YOURS FOR LIFE NOW !

Pick up the pace of your health and fitness. 'How do I increase my metabolism?' 'How do I go from an unhealthy lifestyle to a healthy alternative?' you ask.How and Why? Firstly How?
Metabolism is the biochemical process where by nutrients are combined by the body's cells. In the process of metabolism, cell content is working hard. Cells work hard by using energy to extract more energy from foods, and then again use alot of that extracted energy to perform or drive their activities. That's why it is important to get your sleep or rest because even when your body is resting it is using more and more energy to keep on the move.
Then Why? We humans are creatures of habit, enhanced by much emotion and triggered by even more lifestyle stresses. We truely do make things difficult for ourselves. Therefore we tend to find it hard to decide on a habit - a life long habit which is a lifelong enhancer, which can encourage a lifelong life.As quoted in Joyce Meyer's book "Look Great Feel Great" - The connection between exercise and cancer protection is not as direct as that between exercise and reduced cardiovascular disease. Exercise has little impact on some cancers yet it reduces your risk of breast cancer
by thirty-seven percent and has similar protection against prostate and colon cancer. It does this by stimulating your immune system. Your immune defense, centered in the lymphatic system, circulates white blood cells through the body, where they find and eliminate any cellular threats, such as bacteria, viruses, and cancer cells. Unlike blood, which is pumped throughy the body by the heart, lymph depends on muscle contractions to squeeze it through the body.
Moderate exercise more than doubles the rate at which your lymph circulates! The faster those while blood cells circulate, the more cancer cells and viruses they can pick off.
Come on people - Stop wasting time in your precious life. Like or love yourself enough to make the change; to improve the quality of your very own life. Make the change to fight illness and become the healthy being you dream of.Calories are the main source of energy in the metabolic process. If a person can burn more calories than they are consuming, then they are well and truely on the way to losing weight.
Sounds simple? Not really, but, if we want something bad enough it is essential and definitely rewarding to make that change.
A healthy lifestyle is encouraged initially by becoming the weight and shape that is a comfort to you. So then, it comes down to diet and exercise to achieve that. However, the mindset must be engaged in a 'Positive Gear' to make that happen. Really take this time now to think of YOU. How your can feel about YOU especially if the YOU is exceptionally contented about yourself and your wellbeing, health and fitness, not to mention appearance.Calories are the fuel that drive and energize the body. The more nutritious the food we eat is, the more efficient our bodies will respond. You can increase your metabolism just by what you eat, and sometimes by the more you eat. BUT ... the 'more' intake of food needs to be 'more' nutritious too, and definitely of the highest quality. Eating a healthy diet is half way there to naturally boosting your metabolism. The second and extremely important half of the cycle is the exercise. Those combined will defintely be the healthy recipe to boost your system into much energy. A combination of resistance and cardio training will defintely boost metabolism because it requires the body to burn large amounts of energy. This continues on well after the exercise. The body will burn alot of energy after the workout helping to repair tired and underworked muscles. This then results in more lean muscle mass which then requires more calories while resting to maintain. So to achieve the happy and healthy lifestyle you are dreaming of, set your heart, mind, body and soul to commit to this lifelong habit. You will be on the New Road to much energy, fitness
, inner-strength and happiness, not to mention a longer and healthier future to be enjoyed. Start that New Road of complete Satisfaction today.
Don't look back, just reach forward. If you slip at times, don't punish yourself.Just keep focused and continually picture the
NEW YOU!

Do You Know Someone?

Sorry to sound vague - but Do you know someone who is experiencing a hard time - maybe they are going through a tough financial period (aren't we all!) or someone who is ill or maybe someone who is just needing a good shoulder to lean on? So many times I just sit on a park bench somewhere or a seat in the city and watch people go by and wonder who they are and where they have come from.
Sometimes I try and picture what they are feeling as they either rush past or stroll by; where are they off to? Do you ever do that? It can be quite therapeutic to know we are not alone in this big crazy world.
Then I wonder how much better this crazy planet Earth would be if I - yes 'ME' ... just did one favour for one of those lonely or even 'rushed & stressed someones' out there. Maybe even for the person rushing to get to work on time to meet a deadline. Follow them and greet them at work with a coffee in hand or just open the door for them to make their journey quicker. They might think you are strange but it will make them wonder. This is a great way to give yourself a rush of good cells through your system. It doesn't take much and yet we avoid it or just think it is too much trouble at times to make that little effort.
I can remember, without sounding like I am patting myself on the back, but merely giving you an example; when I was in a Fabric store and a tradesman had obviously been given a job to buy something for his wife in his lunch break. We had to line up with our goods and take a number. He was three behind me and was obviously panicing about the lineup. I only had one more to go in front of me and I was not in a hurry. I thought about it and it ate away at me for a moment then I asked him if he would like to swap numbers so he would be next to be served. He was quite amazed and very appreciative, and I was elated - it gave me such a rush!
It doesn't take much, and yet even when we think about it at times we tend to take the easier road and stay in line just like all the rest and not carry it through. Think how much better the world would be if we never hesitated ... I'm all for making this crazy self-centred world a better and more loving place to live - HOW ABOUT YOU? TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK? WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

HEART WARMER !!!

Ruth went to her mail box and there was only one letter. She picked it up and looked at it before opening, but then she looked at the envelope again. There was no stamp, no postmark, only her name and address. She read the letter:

Dear Ruth: I`m going to be in your neighbourhood Thursday afternoon and I'd like to stop by for a visit.
Love Always, Jesus Her hands were shaking as she placed the letter on the table. 'Why would the Lord want to visit me? I'm nobody special. I don't have anything to offer.' With that thought, Ruth remembered her empty kitchen cabinets. 'Oh my goodness, I really don't have anything to offer. I'll have to run down to the store and buy something for dinner.' She reached for her purse and counted out its contents. Five dollars and forty cents. Well, I can get some bread and cold cuts, at least.' She threw on her coat and hurried out the door. A loaf of French bread, a half-pound of sliced turkey, and a carton of milk...leaving Ruth with grand total twelve cents to last her until Monday. Nonetheless, she felt good as she headed home, her meagre offerings tucked under her arm.. 'Hey lady, can you help us,lady?' Ruth had been so absorbed in her dinner plans, she hadn't even noticed two figures huddled in the alleyway. A man and a woman, both of them dressed in little more than rags. 'Look lady, I ain't got a job, ya know, and my wife and I have been living out here on the street, and, well, now it's getting cold and we're getting kinda hungry and, well, if you could help us. Lady, we'd really appreciate it.'
Ruth looked at them both. They were dirty, they smelled bad and frankly, she was certain that they could get some kind of work if they really wanted to. 'Sir, I'd like to help you, but I'm a poor woman myself. All I have is a few cold cuts and some bread, and I'm having an important guest for dinner tonight and I was planning on serving that to Him.' 'Yeah, well, okay lady, I understand. Thanks anyway.' The man put his arm around the woman's shoulders, turned and headed back into the alley. As she watched them leave, Ruth felt a familiar twinge in her heart. 'Sir, wait!' The couple stopped and turned as she ran down the alley after them. 'Look, why don't you take this food. I'll figure out something else to serve my guest.' She handed the man her grocery bag. 'Thank you lady. Thank you very much!' 'Yes, thank you!' It was the man's wife, and Ruth could see now that she was shivering 'You know, I've got another coat at home. Here, why don't you take this one.' Ruth unbuttoned her jacket and slipped it over the woman's shoulders Then smiling, she turned and walked back to the street...without her coat and with nothing to serve her guest. 'Thank you lady! Thank you very much!' Ruth was chilled by the time she reached her front door, and worried too The Lord was coming to visit and she didn't have anything to offer Him. She fumbled through her purse for the door key. But as she did, she noticed another envelope in her mailbox. 'That's odd. The mailman doesn't usually come twice in one day.' Dear Ruth: It was so good to see you again. Thank you for the lovely meal. And thank you, too, for the beautiful coat. Love Always, Jesus The air was still cold, but even without her coat, Ruth no longer noticed.

If you love Jesus, send this to ten people.

LOVE ... LOVE "YOU" FOR EVERYONE'S SAKE !

LOVE - LIFE - LAUGHTER
Essential Ingredients to Good Health! Love, Life & Laughter - Sounds wonderful doesn't it?Have you ever really thought about the true meaning of each of these valuable words; in your words only; solely relating to you.Let us exam "Love" first. I believe, and you would probably have to agree, you can't have Life and Laughter successfully without the most important "Love".To Love is to be Loved first. You know the saying "Love, love your brother, as much as you love yourself". Well it is true. If you don't LIKE who you are, which really is a stronger verb than LOVE then you really have less chance of liking or loving someone else very much at all.

So how do we do this 'LOVE YOURSELF' or 'LIKE YOURSELF' thing successfully.First and foremost you must make sure the relationship you have with yourself is unconditional. Don't BEAT yourself up over small insignificant things. None of us are perfect - all of us have faults, just some more than others. We must learn to accept every aspect of "ME" (YOU) - every simple tiny detail. We don't necessarily have to like everything, as that allows room for a CHANGE - IMPROVEMENT even. That's a good thing; a Healthy Thing."Love doesn't erase the past, but it makes the future different." as quoted by Gary Chapman in THE FIVE LOVE LANGUAGES. Therefore be open to the fact that you will perform acts you utterly dislike about yourself and regret will be a major possibility, but if you recognise these acts and forgive yourself of them, then you will be able to move forward, thus making your future different. We must Learn from our Mistakes and make every mistake benefit our future. Don't waste mistakes with regret - prosper with excitement of a lesson learnt improving everything in your path for tomorrow. Life really is an amazing adventure and if we look at every moment of it with excitement, even in the tough times, we will succeed. So accept yourself unconditionally, love yourself unconditionally, & enjoy your life unconditionally. This brings me to the next point.'LIFE' - Fun, Disaster, enjoyment, disappointment, laughter etc. etc. As different a life each one of us has from the other, we all experience many different angles to many different situations. How we deal with those completely satisfying or disastrous situations is the crucial point to the destiny of our "LIFE"!A positive outlook on a negative situation can only make the unwanted, hard to deal with situation, much easier to resolve, not to mention, live through. A positive outlook on a positive situation can only enhance the outcome by 150% at least. Both situations end up with a much better 'MOVE FORWARD WITH A SMILE OF CONTENTMENT' outlook on Life.Which leads me to the next paragraph "LAUGHTER". This, I believe, is the Cream on Top of the whole recipe to Good Health; the essential ingredient that sits up high oozing down through all the above, flavouring, sweetening and softening all to a totally, healthy blissful life!Laughter is the medicine that makes a healing power totally possible. The old saying 'It takes more effort to Smile than to Frown' only enhances the fact that a wiser person is a happier person. If you have the energy and willpower to smile and laugh through the most difficult and life stretching moments, you have the very recipe for great wisdom, strength, positive ingenuity, and a total understanding of the meaning of LOVE, LIFE & LAUGHTER!Take all of the above and gulp it, swallow it and completely digest it into a healthy love and life stream, which will only result in complete satisfaction of your heart. Try the Special Recipe of Life - it really does work!
